Power naps, something I’ll miss
One of the things I’ll miss about Chinese companies is the option to put your head down for a power nap at lunch time. It’s been a tradition in China since the 70s (employees used to get 2 hours lunches because a nap was expected). For people in the West, this may seem unprofessional, but a quick Z really helps with recovery and brain power as the late afternoon draws in. And it’s better for your health than a cup of Java.
